- Engraving - Ideal for crystal, glass and metal products
- Blocking - Perfect for leather products but can be used elsewhere e.g. diaries, key fobs, bags

- Die Stamping - Mainly used on metal products e.g. badges, tie pins, key rings
- Embroidery - Perfect on clothing including uniforms e.g. Polo shirts, caps, labels
Artwork formats for these finishes varies, but as a rule, for a single colour design, a bromide or film at 100% will be ideal. Electronic format can also be accepted but please check with our sales team first who will be pleased to provide you with the information you require. We also have a full design studio in-house so we can easily help with your artwork needs across any marketing requirement that you may have.
Screen Printing
Your artwork is used to create a stencil, ink is then pushed through the stencil onto your product to produce the desired effect. Common uses include printing on pens, pencils, flat plastic items such as rulers, clothing, especially promotional T-shirts.
Engraving
Laser engraving is most commonly used on crystal, glass and metal products to achieve a quality, lasting effect. Highly accurate and economical, laser engraving is the best way of reproducing fine design work, although certain projects may benefit from the more traditional method of machine engraving.
Blocking
From you artwork we produce a metal block called a die. The die is with silver or gold foil and by applying pressure onto the product leaves an impression of your artwork on the product. Ideal on leather goods in particular. Alternatively, we can Blind Emboss which means that we use no foil, providing you with your design in a plain relief.
Tampo or Pad Printing
A rubber pad is made from your artwork which is then inked and then applied to your product. Perfect for unusual shapes or curves such as a golf ball. This method provides great flexibility for promotional merchandise and is a very popular route with our customers who are always striving to come up with something different in the market place.
Die Stamping
Very similar to blocking a metal die is pressure stamped onto your product leaving an impression of your design. Ideal for metal products like key rings or similar products. This can be left plain or we can fill with colour.
Embroidery
Ideal for use on promotional clothing, staff uniforms or anything made of material including table cloths! Personalisation is created by using modern machinery which allows multiple colour finishes. Typical designs tend to require between a 5,000 - 10,000 stitch count but this will always be confirmed once we have received your artwork.
