- Q. How do I place an order?
- A. To place an order with Right Media 4U Limited, simply contact our sales team on 0845 838 1075 or alternatively email us at info@rightmedia4u.co.uk and we'll do the rest.
- Q. I'm not sure about how to send artwork and in which format etc. Can you help?
- A. Don't worry! You can either send it via email, by ISDN (01923 226138), load it up to
your FTP site, we can collect if you are local or you can send it in the post (see contact
us for address details). Once we have received your artwork and P.O. our artwork studio will
check over the files and provide you with a proof before your order progresses.
As for the format Right Media 4U limited accepts almost any pc or Macintosh file format - if you are producing your own artwork the following files can be accepted - Photoshop, quark, freehand, illustrator, Corel draw, eps, tif, bmp, jpg, gif. - A. For all new clients we require a minimum 50% of the order value with your order and the
remaining monies before dispatch. Account status is automatically given on third purchase
where normal business trading terms apply. Bespoke items may incur additional upfront fees for
all clients old or new.
Please remember that we do operate with a 10% + or - tolerance on all printed promotional goods. This can be reduced at a small additional fee with some items e.g. carrier bags. - Q. How do I find specific products?
